I have friends that are always getting restaurant coupons like Popeyes, churches, chicken subway I don’t get any in my mailbox at all
Im not getting all of my coupons in my paper when I buy newspaper or any advertising that come to the house like churches, chicken, Popeyes Subway, and other places the only thing that comes in my mailbox or furniture, stores

Poor quality of paper. The Advocate’s printer is defective.
The print paper is creased & unreadable on several pages. This problem has continued for several weeks. Several pages are unreadable everyday.

Subscription question
I cannot reach a REAL customer representative. Your company does not have a problem deducting the payment.
However, I do not feel that I have received compensation because I cannot talk to someone about WHAT my payments actually pay for when deducted. Provide a REAL person to customers talk to when necessary.
Preferred solution: Discuss why I do not have access to the computer or digital newspaper on line.

Over billing
The amounts debited from our account are all over the place. Different amounts taken from our account every month.

Over billing
We have serious questions regarding our billing. In August we were double billed and on other months the numbers are not the same.
We are billed a different amount on several months. Really need to speak with someone regarding our August billing for sure.

Resolved: Billing questions
Every month since January of 2024 we have been billed one time from the advocate. In August of this year we were billed twice. Please respond as to why.
